Under VEI's Extended School Day/School Violence Prevention Grant at FDNY - Captain Vernon A. Richard High School for Fire and Life Safety our partners at Empowering Youth Towards Excellence offer After School Music Production. Program staff tap into students' love of music to teach technological applications through music production and recording. The program fosters creativity, computer literacy, and collaboration as well as music fundamentals and different genres.
